Laurinda's RECIPE OF THE WEEK
Lime infused Sweet and Mashed Potatoes
- (2) Yukon Gold potatoes
- (2) Sweet potatoes
- (1) tsp. honey
- (1) lime
- 1 tbsp. butter
- dash of hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- salt & pepper
Boil Potatoes with skin on and peeled sweet potatoes until tender, add butter, honey, lime juice and zest, spices and mash. Season to taste.
